Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

1. Payment Method:

    • We offer easy and secure online payment methods through PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
    • Monthly recurring subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renewed on the same day each month.

2. Refund Policy:

    • You can cancel, pause, or change your plan before you start the second class with a full money-back guarantee.
    • To request a refund, please inform us via email at info@arabicz.com or through the live chat icon at least 2-3 days before stopping your package.
    • If you haven’t completed the agreed number of study hours in a month, you can arrange makeup classes with your teacher. If that’s not possible, you will receive a refund for the missed classes.

3. Upgrading/Downgrading Study Plan:

    • For Manual Monthly Subscription:
      • You can increase or decrease the number of classes in your study plan before you renew your next package.
      • To make changes, please email info@arabicz.com or contact us through the live chat icon at least two days before the end of the current month and before the next month starts. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your current scheduled package without a refund but you’ll still have your right to take your classes till the end of the month.
    • For Automatic Monthly Subscription:
      • To make changes, please email info@arabicz.com or contact us through the live chat icon at least two days before the day of registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your current scheduled package without a refund but you’ll still have your right to take your classes till the end of the month.

4. Makeup Classes:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you should provide prior notice at least 1-2 hours before the class time to be eligible for a makeup class (maximum twice per month, except for emergencies).
    • If you plan to take a holiday, please inform your teacher or contact support via info@arabicz.com or the live chat icon.
    • If you miss a class without prior notice, makeup classes will not be rescheduled unless it’s an emergency.
    • If a tutor cancels a class due to an emergency, the class will be rescheduled for another day.

5. Number of Monthly Classes/Hours:

    • The number of monthly classes/hours will be agreed upon when you join the Academy.
    • If you wish to increase or decrease the number of classes, please inform your teacher, email info@arabicz.com, or contact us through the live chat icon.

6. Public Holidays:

    • During Eid Al-Fitr (3 days) and Eid Al-Adha (4 days).

 

7. Quarterly Progress Report:

  • Parents of students under 16 years old will receive a quarterly progress report.

8. Male/Female Students:

  • Male students under 12 can be taught by a male or female teacher based on parental request.
  • Female students under 12 can be taught by a male or female teacher based on parental request.

9. Evaluation & Feedback:

    • We value your feedback to improve our service. After studying with us for a while, we will ask for your feedback to enhance the student experience and optimize our services

10. Quality Control:

    • We closely monitor the quality of learning through various procedures, including attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student feedback, and regular examinations.

11. Rating and Feedback:

    • Our support department will contact you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Your concerns, inquiries, or complaints help us improve our service.

12. Teachers Punctuality:

    • If a teacher is late for the class, the student should email the teacher and inform them of their presence. If there is no response, the student/parent should email info@arabicz.com. The missed time or class will be made up for.
    • If a teacher is frequently late or missed classes, please email info@arabicz.com.

13. Special Packages:

    • Orphans may receive a 50% discount or free courses.
    • Low-income families are provided with affordable programs.

14. Studying Only with the Academy:

    • Tutors are not allowed to arrange classes with students outside the Academy.
    • Students may take additional courses or makeup classes only with the Academy.
